Biography:   Mr. Reiner is a 1979 graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Business and Public Administration. A 1983 University of Miami Law School graduate, Mr. Reiner successfully represented notable Iran-Contra Affair clients, including Retired Air Force General Richard Secord and Retired Army General John Singlaub. Mr. Reiner also represented the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe in a variety of tribal sovereignty and gaming related matters. Mr. Reiner is also highly experienced in complex civil litigation and all facets of business law, including business transactions.

Married to a Cuban-American and the father of two, Mr. Reiner is fluent in English and Spanish. His organizational memberships have included: the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, the Hispanic American Business Association, Mensa, Eagle, and Sigma Nu.

Mr. Reiner has been admitted on a pro hac vice basis to numerous federal circuit, district, bankruptcy, immigration and tribal (Miccosukee, St. Regis Mohawk and Cherokee) courts and to the following Courts on a permanent basis:
