Monica Tirado is a senior associate at Reiner & Reiner, P.A. Ms. Tirado’s practice areas include appellate advocacy, civil litigation, real estate transactions and disputes, contracts, business transactions, corporate law, landlord/tenant disputes, and labor and employment disputes.
Ms. Tirado graduated from the University of Miami in 2005, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Studies. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated, cum laude, with a Juris Doctor degree in 2008. In law school, Ms. Tirado was an article and comments editor for the University of Miami International Law Review. She further co-founded and served as vice president of the Government and Politics Student Association, and was recognized as an Outstanding Local Government Law School Student by the City, County and Local Government Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Tirado is admitted to practice in all state courts of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. She is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the Third DCA Historical Society.
